Terms & Conditions
GENERAL-
The placement of any order implies that the customer accepts stated terms and conditions.
Customers personal and payment details will not be stored beyond a reasonable time from dispatch of any order nor will we pass any such information onto a third party.
The MajesticViews sites are produced in good faith but we cannot guarantee that all products are in stock and available at all times. We cannot accept responsibility for any errors or omissions and reserve the right to change information, specifications and descriptions of products and services from time to time. We will endeavour to keep our sites up to date as far as practical.
ORDERS=
All items are made to order and a delivery time of up to 14 days from date of ordering may be necessary. We will acknowledge all orders and give an anticipated delivery date. If order has not been received by that date the customer should inform us. We will also inform customer of date of despatch.
It is assumed that an order has been confirmed as received and in satisfactory condition if we have not heard within 10 days of despatch.
RETURNS-
If for any reason any item arrives damaged or with a manufacturing defect or not as ordered we must be informed immediately and the item returned in unused condition, at customers cost, within 10 days of receipt for a replacement or refund to be considered. Any item that has been used, assembled, worn, mistreated or damaged in any manner by the customer cannot be accepted for replacement or refund. Only defects that could not be apparent at time of receipt and are not subject to normal wear and tear will be considered beyond this period.

PICK YOUR OWN-
Photos for Pick Your Own items should be sent, at senders risk, to us with a printed copy of the order form and only photos that are your own &/or hold the copyright to can be accepted. You are advised to send a good quality copy and keep your original as MajesticViews cannot be held responsible if lost in transit. When received and until return with your order we can only accept responsibility for he material value of your photo media. Unlicensed copyrighted material from photographs, trademarks, logos, artistic work or any original work cannot be reproduced. We reserve the right to refuse any order that has or appears to have any such material or any offensive or otherwise deemed inappropriate material.
MAJESTICVIEWS COPYRIGHT-
Copyright is held on all photographs and images sold by MajesticViews and they can only be used for the purpose sold. Copies or reproductions in full or part is not permitted in any form except with the express permission from MajesticViews.
POST & PACKAGING-
For orders sent within the UK - Free.
Orders outside UK subject to P&P charge as on Shop site or as quoted.
Special prices for larger orders do not include P&P which will be quoted at time of enquiry.
Any return postage is at customers cost.
CUSTOMS-
You may be liable to import duties &/or taxes for orders sent outside the UK and all such costs are the responsibility of the customer. A customs label with brief description and value of contents will be attached to all orders sent outside the UK.
NOTE-
These terms & conditions may be amended without notice and customers are responsible to keep up to date with the content.
